that will be held in Tismana Club Hotel, Jupiter, Constanta, Romania, during 27 June-1July 2019.

The works, according to each option, will be sent for publication and indexing with the different cost:


1- Journal of Modeling and Optimization- IJMO- Singapore, indexed by IET Inspec, ProQuest, Engineering Village, Ebsco, Google Scholar- respect strictly IJMO template- the paper must have maximum 5 pages;


OR


2- Journal of Proceedings of INRES, indexed by ISI Proceedings Thomson Reuters and Scopus without the impact factor- respect strictly the INRES Journal template form- not limited the number of the pages- minimum 10 pages;


OR


3- Book of Conference of IEEE, indexed by IEEE Xplore and ISI Proceedings Thomson Reuters,  without the impact factor- respect strictly the IEEE template form- the paper must have maximum 6 pages;


OR


4- Journal of Proceedings of the IEEE, indexed by ISI Thomson Reuters, Scopus with the impact factor in red field -IF 9.107(2016)- respect strictly IEEE template- not limited the number of the pages- minimum 12 pages.


For the options 1,2 and 3 and respect strictly the template form the papers could be send on-line using the easychair web pagehttps://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=slsoptirob2019.


For the option 4, the papers must send directly to IEEE using the web page http://proceedingsoftheieee.ieee.org/.


 The interested people that want to participate at this event can do the reservation of accommodation directly to the hotel at the web page http://www.tismanahotel.ro .


The accepted papers will be published by IEEE from USA, or by IJMO from Singapore and will be indexed by ISI Thomson Reuters, IEEE Xplore, or by INSPEC, Proquest, Ebsco, Engineering Village, Google Scholar.
